These fonts work fine on Windows versions of Affinity apps (including Designer) and I have no problems exporting to PDF documents containing text laid out with these fonts. Some fonts, like Zapf Dingbats also fail to show any glyphs in PDF exports even if they show correctly on screen when editing, and when exporting to formats other than PDF. I have this problem with some of my PostScript fonts (LWFN fonts) - typically ones from Adobe Font Folio - but not with all. Have you experienced these kinds of problems when using this font, or any of your PostScript fonts on macOS (Catalina or earlier) when using Affinity Publisher? I can also export to PDF documents having text typeset with these fonts without any problems when using QuarkXPress 2018 or Pages. There are no problems when exporting to other formats. I installed the font but cannot export a document that contains this font with any of the PDF export formats (earlier I have had problems only with PDF/X-based exports and I have assumed because of font licensing (EDIT: more specifically embedding related) issues, but now I am no longer sure).
Hello, I do not have mac version of Designer, but just Publisher. Then drop in Designer Personna from there. The only solution I found, as is to close my works in designer, and re-open it with Publisher.
